How to make the Charcoal Face mask
Materials needed
- Activated charcoal
- Bentonite clay powder
- Water
- Mixing bowl
- Tea tree essential oil (optional)
Procedure
Start by pouring in 1 tablespoon of bentonite clay powder into your bowl and about 1 tablespoon of activated charcoal powder too.
The next step is to add about 2 teaspoons of water into the bowl. You should not add too much water or else it might get too watery which you might not like. Finally, add about 2 drops of essential oil into it and mix properly until you have an even mixture.
Usage and Direction

Start by applying this mask to a freshly washed face that is clean. Using a brush apply the mask to your face and leave for a while. This will give it time to fully dry up.
Using a washcloth or towel and lukewarm water clean off the dried mask away from your face. This will help in reducing damage to your skin and reduce swelling too.
After that apply your moisturizer or moisturizing lotion such as coconut oil or aloe vera gel to your face. It will help restore the natural glow of the skin.
