HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE DIET: FOODS TO EAT

High blood pressure is a serious health concern, which increases the risk of more dangerous health conditions like heart attack, stroke, kidney disease and heart failure.

High blood pressure occurs when the force of the blood moving to and from the heart pushes too hard on the arteries.

To prevent high blood pressure, you shouldn’t remove only the unhealthy foods causing the problem from your diet, but you should also eat more foods that lower blood pressure.

There are quite a lot of factors that contributes to high blood pressure like stress, smoking, lack of exercise, alcohol, age, genetics and diet. Diet high in sodium, that is salt, is unhealthy and nay increase your risk of high blood pressure.
