A little bit of ginger juice
Seasonings(like curry, thyme, and seasoning cubes)
Well grated onion

HOW TO MAKE IT
Get the ingredients set; Bone cut your chicken and put it in a plastic, pour in your measured grated garlic, a little bit of ginger juice, you well grated onion, your grated bell pepper( please be mindful of the pepper), add your preferred seasoning and seasoning cube and don’t forget the salt. Mix the ingredients with the chicken thoroughly and then cover for like 10mins-20mins so that the taste will enter into the chicken well.

Heat the oil in a deep frying pan with medium-high heat. Now you can start frying your chicken. When you are done frying the chicken, scrape out the brown bits until it looks more presentable.
