Recipe for a low calorie porridge

Cabbage
Runner Beans
Carrot
Fresh Irish Potato
Half cup of poundo potato powder
Onion
Few Rodo
Local green peas
Any Animal protein of your choice
Canola oil
Little salt
I knorr
your cabbage, runner beans and carrot with water and Aple cider. Drain and cut into pieces.
Do not diceā€¦ cut by slicing.

Boil the green peas for 5 minutes an drain

Slices the Onion and Rodo and keep in a plate

Peel fresh potatoes and dice .. preferably big cube.

Cut the Animal protein you want into smaller sizes as well.

After all the cutting.. place your pot on fire and pour little canola oil.

Add the onion and Rodo first let it fry a bit.

Add the diced potatoes let it cook for 5 minutes.

Add cooked green peas and
add little water, if you like pepper you can add ground pepper or little blended pepper

Add the Animal protein..fish,beef or chicken.

Add little salt, spice and seasoning if you like.

Cover it for 3 minutes while you mix the poundo potato with little water to form a paste.


After 3 minutes, add poundo potato paste and stir. Cover for 2 minutes and taste.

And lastly add sliced carrot runner beans and cabbage. Stir and cover for a minute.

Then it’s ready.

It can be eaten directly or serve with Rice.
